It is my pleasure to greet you all at the commencement of the new academic session 2025-26. A special welcome to all the new learners who have joined PGS this year. We look forward to nurturing a strong and enduring affiliation with you as you endeavor to accomplish competency through holistic edification at PGS.
School’s motto "Arise! Awake! And Stop Not Till The Goal Is Reached’" is a driving force to enthuse students, their thoughts and their creativity. Our Clubs, Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme, Senior Years Programme are scientifically integrated with the curriculum to foster an innovative Student Centred Learning Environment. The Learners are encouraged to collaborate on joint projects, exchange visits, plan and execute the inter-school, embrace experiential learning and the value of hard work, meticulousness to combat the challenges of the dynamic world.
Under the guidelines of NEP 2020, we have drawn up a comprehensive curriculum and instruction schedule that will inculcate 21st Century Learning; Literacy Skills, and Life Skills like Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Creativity through holistic & enjoyable child-centric, inquiry-driven, discovery oriented approaches and also through peer tutoring, joyful activities like excursions, field Trips, fairs that have been scheduled in the academic calendar.
Nurturing children for life beckons for schooling them with exceptional ethics and academic competencies. Armoured with poise, perseverance and systemized working and adorned with a sound nurturing in values, virtues, patriotism, conduct, manner of dressing and credibility the PGSites stand out in a crowd and achieve the higher goal lines in life.
Our former President APJ Abdul Kalam asked, "Can we make an education system that will retain the smiles on the faces of our children throughout their education?" We are pledged to meet this challenge. PGS is taking precedence in implementing NEP2020, talent management, sealing technology and promoting student agency. I hope the school fulfills its vision in every sense.
